HOOPS, STICKS & MATS

This is a mixture of fun cardio routines using our 'magic hoops' that stay up, drumsticks to add to the fun factor & matwork to strengthen the core. 

Can't hoop? Never hooped? Need a giggle? Want to get out and meet people? Come and join in our fun cardio class designed for all ages/shapes/abilities & leave with a tighter waist, bigger smile & lots of happy chemicals to keep you buzzing all week! If you're still worried, well don't, everyone else will be too busy trying to keep their own hoops up! 

Don't worry, if you can't hoop, we have some magic hoops that stay up! Also, we use the hoop as a weight for most of the class so you'll be holding it during alot of the hoop part of the class.

We then move on to the drumsticks part of the class where we release all our stresses & worries & we finish with a routine or two on the mats designed to help strengthen & tone the core followed by some stretches to help lengthen out the muscles we've just been working.
