What - What better way to get the week started than with this class?! The lights are dimmed down & there's a mixture of easy to follow cardio routines (Aerobics, body combat, dance, body attack etc) & Core Stability work to your favourite music. It's great for slimming down, toning up & getting fit!
- If you have bad knees, back, or any other conditions, don't worry there are adaptations to all of our exercises.

Remember, this is not just a class. This is Personal Training in a Class Format ;)
When These classes will be every Monday at 7:00-8:00pm.
Class Structure The first 10 minutes is allocated to Body MOTs, and 50 minutes is for the class.
Beginner We're looking forward to meeting you if we haven't done so already, and can't wait to help you to achieve your goals, whether it's slimming down, toning up, improving your fitness, or improving your health. If it's your first time to the class, try to turn up a few minutes early so that the instructor can give you a body MOT if you want one (measure your bones, muscle, fat etc).
What shall I take to the class?
If you have a Fitness Tracker then don't forget to take it with you. We also advise you to bring a bottle of water with you, however most of our venues have kitchens with drinking water so don't worry if you forget it :)
