Strength and Toning
In this class, the tempo is slower in comparison to the HIIT Cardio. Here we are focusing on building lean muscle strength and toning the body. Weights are optional. Class is suitable for every level.

This is an online class, taught live in real-UK-time. You can access this privately through our website or through your Zoom app. (really easy to do)
