The point system is based on which heart rate zone you work in. During the challenges you get 6 points/minute if you're in the red or yellow zone. In the league table you get 4 points for being in these zones.
Everyone can see the top 10 people in the leaderboard & if you're not in the top 10, only you can see what position you're in.
