Clubbercise® classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and LED glow sticks set to a soundtrack of old and new club hits. A fusion of fun dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels, one class burns around 600 calories.
If you have bad knees, back, or any other conditions, don't worry there are adaptations to all of our exercises. Just let the instructor know before the class.
This class is for all ages & abilities.
Book in to the classes
Please book in for a FREE week of classes on the website & then book in to which ever classes you want to go to by going to the classfinder.
THURSDAYS AT 7:10-8:00PM: Pump/HIIT/Circuits
- Pump/HIIT/Circuits - A mixture of classes that use body weight or light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. These classes will give you a total body workout & will burn up to 1000 calories*. The instructor will coach you through scientifically-backed moves whilst pumping out motivation and great music - helping you to get more out of your workout than if you were on your own. You'll leave the class feeling PUMPED (challenged and motivated and ready to come back for more!).
As with all of our classes, you can work at your own level & if you have any injuries, there are plenty of alternative exercises you can do :) Ensure you contact us (07515 770634) if you are intending to come to this for your first time to ensure that there is enough equipment for you.

What shall I take to the class?
If you have a Fitness Tracker bring it with you. We also advise you to bring a bottle of water, however most of our venues have kitchens with drinking water so don't worry if you forget it :)

TUESDAY classes are held in the Dance Studio in the Harris Building.
Go up the ramp/main entrance to the school. Go past the Sixth form building & main reception & straight ahead of you is the Harris building. It is a glass fronted building with a big cross on it. Go down the corridor. The Dance Studio is on the left. Call 07515 770634 for more details or if you get lost or ask someone for directions as the signal isn’t great in there.
THURSDAY classes are mostly in the Gym (see above) but sometimes in the Dance Studio.
Go to the glass fronted building just after the main reception & turn left down a passageway. Walk to the end & turn left & walk through the changing rooms & you will come to the Gymnasium. Alternatively, open the first door on your left as you go down the passageway & walk through the hall & bear right. Go through the door near the drinks machine, through a very small room & you'll find the gym on your left. Call 07515 770634 for more details or if you get lost.
