Tuesday classes are held in the Dance Studio in the Harris Building.  

Go up the ramp/main entrance to the school. Go past the Sixth form building & main reception & straight ahead of you is the Harris building. It is a glass fronted building with a big cross on it. Go down the corridor. The Dance Studio is on the left. Call 07515 770634 for more details or if you get lost.

Thursday classes are mostly in the Dance studio (see above) but sometimes in the Gym.
Go to the glass fronted building just after the main reception & turn left down a passageway. Walk to the end & turn left & walk through the changing rooms & you will come to the Gymnasium. Alternatively, open the first door on your left as you go down the passageway & walk through the hall & bear right. Go through the door near the drinks machine, through a very small room & you'll find the gym on your left. Call 07515 770634 for more details or if you get lost.

TUESDAYS:

CLUBBERCISE - BRINGING A NIGHT OUT TO YOUR WORKOUT!

Clubbercise® classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and trademark LED glow sticks set to a soundtrack of old and new club hits. A fusion of dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels, one class burns around 600 calories.

If you have bad knees, back, or any other conditions, don't worry there are adaptations to all of our exercises.

This class is for all ages & abilities 


When
These classes will be every Tuesday at 6:15-7:15pm.


THURSDAYS:
- Circuits/Boxercise/Kettlercise - a fun way to release some stress & get a great workout. As with all of our classes, you can work at your own level & if you have any injuries, there are plenty of alternative exercises you can do :) Ensure you contact the instructor if you are intending to come to this for your first time to ensure that there is enough equipment for you.

Beginner
We're looking forward to meeting you if we haven't done so already, and can't wait to help you to achieve your goals, whether it's just to get to one class, or slimming down, toning up, improving your fitness, or improving your health. If it's your first time to the class, try to turn up a few minutes early so that the instructor can explain everything to you. You can also have a body MOT if you want one (we measure body fat, muscle, bones, Visceral fat etc).

Remember, this is not just a class. This is Personal Training in a Class Format ;)  


Class Structure
The first 10 minutes is allocated to Body MOTs (for people who want to lose weight or tone up), and 50 minutes is for the class. 

What shall I take to the class?
If you have a Fitness Tracker then don't forget to take it with you. We also advise you to bring a bottle of water with you, however most of our venues have kitchens with drinking water so don't worry if you forget it :)
