help to keep you motivated & help you feel a part of our community.

you are, we're looking forward to meeting you and helping you achieve
your health and fitness goals, whether that's to slim down, tone up,
improve fitness or improve health. If you have any other goals like running your first fun run or walking the 3 Peaks, let us know and we'll try & get a group together to join in.
We have a range of classes on Zoom for anyone anywhere in the World, and community classes (York based).
You can also access prerecorded workouts from our members area and do them at a time that suits you. All our classes are fun and are for all ages & abilities.
