Wednesdays at 9:30am - Our fun & friendly classes consist of a mixture of easy-to-follow Cardio routines (body attack, body combat, aerobics, dance) & Pilates style exercises targetting the Core.
- If you have bad knees, back, or any other conditions, don't worry there are adaptations to all of our exercises.
Saturdays at 9:00am What better way to start the weekend?? This class consists of a mixture of easy-to-follow Cardio routines (body attack, body combat, aerobics, dance) 20 minutes of interval & core training & we finish off with 20 minutes of Yoga & stretch. This class is for all ages & abilities.

Beginner We're looking forward to meeting you if we haven't done so already, and can't wait to help you to achieve your goals, whether it's just to get to a class, slimming down, toning up, improving your fitness, or improving your health. If it's your first time to the class, try to turn up a few minutes early so that the instructor can give you your Fitness Tracker & show you how to use it. You can also have a body MOT if you want (we measure weight, body fat, water, visceral fat, muscle etc).

Remember, this is not just a class. This is Personal Training in a Class Format ;)
What shall I take to the class?
If you have a Fitness Tracker then don't forget to take it with you. We also advise you to bring a bottle of water with you, however most of our venues have kitchens with drinking water so don't worry if you forget it :)
